College 2 semester fees problem

I am a student of a WCTM GURGAON in BTECH AI AND ML(2023-2027). Our college demand for second semester fees before 1 semester exam and we are unable to pay fees due to some reasons and college head says firstly pay 2 semester fees and after you are eligible for your practical exam. Is this is rigth or wrong!! Can we do case on college?

If the policy of the college is such that you need to pay fees before commencement of semester, then you will have to. However, if there are any shortcomings, then approaching the Court will be a wise decision.

This is absolutely wrong and against your fundamental rights. You can definitely approach the court for this as the right to education is your one basic right. You should take an action against college management.

it is better that you speak to the college management regarding the fee payment because filing a case against them will incur the similar cost as the fee payment. so it is advisable to speak to the college authorities before proceeding to file a case
