An fir has been lodged under section IPC 323,504,506.later on closure report is filed in court .Does it creates problem in govt job.
closure filed by the police should not create any type of problem in the govt job but complainant can file protest petition in that case and if the protest petition is allowed by the court then in that case it can be a problem for you. Better to go for quashing of the FIR by Hon'ble High Court so that matter can be finished once for all

once the closure report has been filed it means that the prosecution has failed to collect material substance to prosecute the accused persons. hence the case is closed.
