Client denying to pay brokerage fees.

01-Aug-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Mr. Behra initially agreed to a 24-month rental with a brokerage fee of one and a half months, which he paid. This agreement expired on July 31, 2024. He then renewed for 36 months. As the witness brokering the deal, I am owed this brokerage, but Mr. Behra now refuses to pay after the agreement was registered. I don't have it in writing where he has agreed to pay but it was verbally confirmed. Is there anything I can do legally?

Well, if you do not have it in writing, then, you need to have any other sort of evidence available with you. I hope, you got my point. Without Evidence, you will not be able to do anything against Mr. Behra!
