Clarification regarding effect of criminal matter on gov job

If court acquit the candidate and case under IPC section 323 /341 is not pending in court and he is selected in LDC post then there is any effect on his joining after selection. what he do if any effect on him.
Dear, you need to tell entire thing as a lawyer I am of the opinion that if no case is pending then you are entitled for job but if you are facing problem then you should contact lawyer and by way of writ petition you can get relief.

Dear sir it is not a major problem because if it is sort out then you have to give a degree to the concern department that you has not proved guilty in this case so it has no effect on your job selected for post ldc

if any effect has made during the selection process he may approach before the court for removing such effect.
