Clarification on place of jurisdiction to file for anticipatory bail

Hi If somebody is arrested in state X, Police custody in state Y , can he file anticipatory bail in state Z?
Dear client ,
First of all ur question is not clear in which offence the person is arrested and hoe it is possible if person committed any offence in state X than how police of state Y obtain his custody according to me person is also committed crime in state Y i.e. he is in police custody of state Y. No we can't file anticapatory bail at state Z.

he/she can only file the Anticipatory Bail Application in the state in which the FIR or case has been registered against him/her. only the court of that state has the jurisdiction to entertain any bail application

No. Police are under the state and only where the police custody is only there can anticipatory bail be filed. Also a court of state Z cannot order police of state Y for the same reason stated above..
