Clarification on cheating by boy friend promised to marry

I came April17th living in his house having physical relations he promissed me to marry...taken me to south n north india..after coming back he says he need time because his family says no. we were calling each other since Jan 18...now he took my gifts, 13500 usd and left me...he swiched off his phone. no where abouts. i texted him many whats app messages he seen them. No ans. I have intimate pics video...texts everything
