Clarification on action against verbally abusing over phone

Sir, I had ordered a battery for my phone from mobile care centre which they didn't provided me within promised time.Though nothing was in written, when I called them to inquire for the delay of my battery, they told in a rough way, "we haven't given you any promise in writer". It was a girl operator on that side. Listening this, I was a bit angry and unintentionally, it came out of my mouth that " agar main wahan aa gya toh sab tehes nehes kar dunga" . Now, when my father went to take the delivery of battery,they are treating me for legal action against me on basis of the above call recording. What are the possible outcomes or results of such a legal case specifically against me ?? Thank you
