on my wife's WhatsApp group of sisters and relatives, her brother made derogatory and defamatory accusations concerning her and me.we are indian citizens but residents of switzerland having ahmedabad domicile.
i want to file civil/criminal case against her brother.
can i hire a lawyer and file cases in india online?
or i need to return to india to file cases?
can i file civil case in switzerland?
you can nominate your power of attorney who can appear in the court on your behalf and represent you in the court proceedings. if required court will ask you to remain present other wise your power of attorney can deal with the matter
