What should I do as I am in Army I have reported in my Channel but one month has passed , enquiry not yet started .

Well, if your Complaint has not been taken seriously, then, try to raise the issue with the Appellate Authorities. Parallely, raise the issue before Media, so that, fourth Pillar of Democracy - Media can create a pressure upon authorities to take your Complaint seriously. You can file a Writ in High Court too against those not taking action on your Complaint or Report of Molestation.
