okay what section she is mentioned in the case it is important and it is bailable affence Or non bailable affence first find and it is bailable will take bail in magistrate court only and and it is non bailable you will take anticipatory bail at session court if you want I will do it come my side thank you for asking a question

Dear Sir You may challenge such law suit in High Court and get it quashed. If an6 false case is filed then the couse open is to approach higher court for quashing. Mere blaming may not give you result and remedy.
