Cheating with me for another girl after livein relationship

Please help me to get justice for cheating with me after livein relationship for 2years and left me for another girl. also commited for marriage before staying . And now left me and his family supporting him after knowing everything.i stay in his home also as both family knows about it and agreed to do so . Now his family totally denied everything.just bcz i don’t have money I can’t file a case and they have money to bare all this . Please help me .He is now blocked and stopped contacting and move in a relationship. It is my humble request please help me.

approach the legal services authority to get free legal advice and you will also be getting lawyer who will fight your case and get you justice. but kindly be informed marriage is completely a voluntary act and law cannot compel anyone to marry or not to marry you but cheating or exploitation under the pretended pretext of marriage is not allowed and the law strongly disapproves of such act.

yes you can file case against the guy for false promise of marriage and then denying cheating you with another girl as you have been mentally and physically tortured due to which you can file case against the guy
