cheating open plot issue crpc 420

dear sir i was purshied a open plot at oct 20 th 2012 and after 3 moths i noticed that was second sale and same asked the vender and pattadar they avoid 3 years after 3 years i file a case in court under crpc 420 on all persons they are colueded and subbmit all first party doucuments and my second sale documents and EC AT same time i was pursied a plot same layout feb 2013 fisrt document now what was come order next

If u purchased a plot in 2012 and if u registered this property on ur name first then we can file a petition tht no one others enter into that property ..if suppose if any enters we can approach court make them vacat the place...more information need approach Us
