Cheating of money for fixed deposit

Sir, i have paid 3 lakhs for one chit fund company for fixed deposit per month interest rs. 3000 per lakhs. Duration 2 years. Two years over but the company not released my amount. Two months before that company send one cheque for interest amount. That cheque was bounced. I am many time calling that chit fund company but not getting proper answer. Kindly help me

File a complaint against them with providing copies of substantial records of your allegation to the EOW(Economic Offence Wing) in the Police department. If they failed to take appropriate action, then file another complaint along with the copies of the previous complaint to the SP/commissioner of your district/city.
