Cheating marriage harassment finical farud sexually harassing

06-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Are call recordings admissible as evidence in sessions, HC & SC? Mine are genuine (court can get them verified in forensic labs). But renowned advocates on YT say that call recordings, even after verification, do not ALWAYS serve as strong evidence.Should I do a sting operation on the accused? Is it legal & admissible? The accused was married before he met me. Recordings reflect that he hid his marital status.

Call recording are not the sole criteria to convict a person but in today’s digital world it’s importance can’t be ignored by the court. If you have got any evidences regarding the person against whom you want to file a complaint then it’s advisable to attach it along with the affidavit. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The call recordings and video footage are primary evidence and are very much admissible in the court of Law. I'm afraid you have been wrongly advised so far. The motive is there, the proofs are there. Entering into sexual relationship on the pretext of marriage is sufficient to lodge an FIR against him under Sec. 376 IPC. You must also remember, a delay in FIR is fatal to the case of prosecution. If you require more details on that, you may consult me.
