Cheating is been done with me of exchange of note by bank ex employe

I had given application regarding cheating case in police station. They called me to register my statement and i had submitted my statement but they are not recovering my money and not registering FIR against them. After 3½ months they called me to give the current statement to register the FIR. Is it ok to give new statement after 3½ months.

Yes, if they have become ready to register FIR, then, you must go to give your Statement. 3.5 months is normal, sometimes, it takes more than 3.5 to get a Police Complaint converted into a FIR during Preliminary Enquiry Sessions in a Police Station.
