Cheating /Cheque bouncing cases can attach land or not?

18-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My sister in law was having a textile business at Kerala & Bangalore, and now its in great loss, so many cheque cases against her & her husband is going on Bangalore and Banks loan sections. My husband has 1% share on their business as he signed for registering the company as private limited and looked after their business at trivandrum for almost 1 year as they where not in India. Me and my husband own a 6 cent land in Kerala as our own. Is the court in Bangalore has a provision to attach the land as its registered in his name also. Please help me as we are helpless. Thanks in advance

Dear Sir /Madam
Normally criminal courts never attach immovable properties. If you have any doubt then better sell it away. Bengaluru criminal court conducting cheque bounce cases cannot attach immovable properties in the other states.
