Cheating by a fraud placement consultancy company

I have been cheated of rs 48000 approx by a fraud placement consultancy company based in ncr region. How do i proceed or what steps should i take to get back my money?

Hello An fir should be promptly lodged in the local police station against the company and its directors. Do you have the contact details residence address of the persons involved in the fraud?? Regards

आपको संबंधित पुलिस स्टेशन पर इस संबंध में एफआईआर दर्ज करानी चाहिए और यदि पुलिस ऐसा नहीं करती है, तो आप संबंधित एसपी या एसएसपी के समक्ष प्रार्थना पत्र दें। इसके उपरांत भी पुलिस द्वारा दोषियों के विरुद्ध कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जाती तो आप संबंधित न्यायालय में पुलिस को एफआईआर दर्ज करने का आदेश दिये जाने हेतु याचिका प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।
