Cheating buyer of agricultural produce

09-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
One guy was purchasing latex rubber from me and was using fake test results to pay me less than my rightful due. A recent lab test shows he looted my approximately 15K in one purchase. Can I complain under Consumer protection act or shoul I go for IPC? I was selling for more than 6-8 years along with my brother. No much evidence of previous transactions. I would like to ask 3L in compensation and 11K against my last sale. Can someone advice me my possibilities?nnThanks in advancenThomas

Since usually buying latex from other person comes under a ' commercial transaction ' you may not come under the definition of a 'consumer' under section 7 of consumer protection Act 2019. So you need to file a criminal case under relavent sections of IPC and also file civil suit for damage. For further details you may call me.
