cheating and fake promise of marriage

My boyfriend cheated with me, he committed first for marriage.after we are 5 years relationship and now he deny for marriage. he is very abusive he had more excuses. Now he ready to another girl selected by parents and i want to stop his marriage anyhow. but he told me that jo krna h krle mera kuch ni hoga he mentally harass me bol rha h ki tu mar ja sucide krle . m very depressed sir pls. suggest for legal action. He completely exploit me . Pls guide me . wat should i do

Hi first of all u can file a complain against him in the police station and all file a fir against Him and all see what are the proof and all u have with u what does the court say u can also write in the complain that he is purposely harassed u and all what is he saying and all what is the Proof and all u have with u

hello client as I have read Ur query as per tht you should take action against your boy friend.its must as the person is saying tht uska kuch nahi hoga .in this case he will go-to jail and will get punishment of atleast 7to 10years in jail. as well as he will also be punishable .as you are saying that you want to stop his marriage tht will also be done as per law

Mam, taking your consent for a relationship on the pretext of marriage is punishable u/s 376, 506 IPC. You could file a case against him u/s 509 and 354 IPC also for abusing you for sexually harassing you. even he could also be charged for abatement to suicide. so if you want to take the necessary steps you have the protection under the Law.
