Cheated me and threating to file Harrasment case

We have been in relation since 6 yrs luvd each other she is married with a kid since then but as his husband is boozer & doesn't see her well I thought of taking care as my mom & she used me physically. a year ago her husband passed away later she invited me to her flat. But from February she started avoiding me bcos she went into relation with one of his colleague who is 10 yrs younger than her & this whole thing is kept secret from their inlaws & mom can i talk wid them

hi if there is any case being filed against you then for harassement then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and you could also file discharge petition in lower court
