Cheated by sending damaged sarees of 4 lakhs

I paid adv 4 lakhs and sent me 70% damaged sarees. Now not accepting to take back and refund. Police not ready to file FIR of cheating. Iam a women from backward class and just started my business. This is my first transaction

Don’t worry, there are proper legal remedies available. Since the seller refused to refund or replace the damaged sarees and the police didn’t register an FIR, you can file a private complaint before the Magistrate under Sections 406 & 420 IPC (cheating & breach of trust). You can also send a legal notice demanding a full refund with damages for loss and mental harassment. Additionally, you can approach the District Consumer Commission for a consumer complaint— it’s quicker and effective for such cases. You can file a consumer case and ask for your refund with damages and interest, you can also file a case in police station and we will help you in filing in police station and you get your refund or new sarees

we will deal all types of Civil and Criminal matters,You have purchased for your business purpose he sended damaged sarees to yu,And he is not receiving damage of sarees,what he has sended,yu can claim yr amount of 70%,Come and meet me in my office,so that we can discuss yr issue,bring proof of copies,will send a legal notice
