Cheated by a class 4 employee of a school to 28L

My uncle who is single has been hoodwinked by this cheat who works in a school to the tune of 28 L under the pretext of getting him a house which is fictitious property. My Uncle refuses to go against him for the fear of losing his money, hence docent want to talk about it to us. the charlatan is still cheating him under the garb that the property will be my uncles very soon... Please help.

Dear Sir, Your uncle is an dangerous situation and ask him to meet me in person to get different modes of advises to try to get his money. Nicely he may get post dated cheque from him. Ask him to get audio and video recordings about the admissions of payment of such big amount.

if you not forwarded to intimate action, the problem may further escape, proceed taking stringent action against him, you can prevent and punish him under law, kindly file the complaint with necessary documents before jurisdiction police, if required take assistance of advocate so you can go in proper channel.
