Chargesheet of IPC 376 against the accused was submitted a year ago in court by DumDum police but Advocate says that certified copy is still not ready to be delivered by court. Appearance in court by the accused has not been taking place rather the Advocate is doing the job on the accused ' s behalf. I can't understand what's going on. Please shed light on this matter

get a copy of the chargesheet from the gr section of the court. probably bidhannagar if i am not wrong. present it in court and summon yhe accused. contact s s law offices. chargesheet has to be filed by 90 days
