Chargesheet not filed yet how to cancel attendance at police station

Its more than 9months. My friend was released on bail on conditiin to give attendance at police station on every thursday. Chargesheet has not filed yet. How to cancel attendance at police station. Please let me know the procedure. If it will be cancelled by same court or higher court.

Dear Sir,
Please understand that, for the same you have to file quashing of criminal complaint file against him in the higher court. But also please understand that it take 5 to 9 months to get the result.

Further, if your friend does not attend the police station on the regular basis, police authorities has right to file report against the accused person before the court and it may land your friend in the more trouble. So i advice you that you may either apply to the higher court for quashing the criminal complaint file against him or attende the police station on regular basis.

You have not mentioned on what offence your friend was released on bail with condition of attendance to Police station on every Thursday.

Once the chargesheet is filed, then you dont have to give attendance to the Police station. If still police are insisting you to attend the police station then you please get lawyers help to come out of it.
