Chargesheet not filed even after one year.

Hi. A criminal 420 case was registered under me last year and i had got bail for the same with conditions such as to mark attendence at sho every month. Now it has been upto 1 year and the police have still not filed chargesheet. What might be the reason? Is it a matter to worry? Anyways that i can get out of this case? Anything that i can file in court to get me out of this case? Please give your suggestions.
