unko jail bheja jaa sakta hai court ke dwaaara. woh log anticipatory bail application file kar sakte hain is dauraan aur agar mil gayee to phr inko jail nahin hogi. isliye pata kijiye... aur agar charge sheet nhn file hui aur FR lag gayee tab bhi woh bach skte hain
