court me accused ko talab karne ki application dijiye. Court B.W. jari karegi then N.B.W. jari karegi. agar fir bhi accused court me hajir nahi hota hai to court Kurmi ki karywahi karega. But it will take so.e time

Dear Client,

The matter is to be persued before the Superintendent of Police with the appropriate application. In case the Superintendent of Police take the requisite steps then an application will be moved before the concerned Magistrate.
