jaisa ki maine dekha jo aapne likha hai ki 308 ipc dhar lagi hai sath sath 354 b bhi lage hai sath sath 504,506,325 bhi lage hai lakin police arrest nahi kar rahe hai chargesheet dakil kar di gaye hai court me sath sath police sirf summonn bheji hai 20 tarik ke lea aise condition me aap logo ki complaint ka dusre party par koi asr nahi hai sath sath dusre party ka ka self confisence bhi bad chuka hai ki aap log unka kuch nagibkar skate hai en sab baat ki madenazar rakhe hue apke pass sirf ek option hai wo hai kuch aisa jarna ki wo log turant arrest ho aur inko bail bhi na mill pae . agar aap dusre party ki jail hejna chahate hai to apko high court ki saran me jana hoga aur koi chara nahi hai lakin agar hum high court jaate hai to itna pakka hai ki wo log turant jail bheje jaenge he mai pakka bool sakta hu.

Agar charge-sheet file ho chuki hoki hai toh magistrate ab congnizance lenge case ki aur inquiry proceeding start hogi. Production warrant aane par jab accused pesh honge toh magistrate ko stress karna padega ki case me arrest kyun zaruri hai.. iske liye magistrate ko convince karne ka kaam aapke vakeel sahab karenge. Bhaut savdhani se ise karna hoga as accused/aropi evidence tamper kar sakta hai agar arrest nahi hua toh.

यह बात सच है की इस् टाईम corona चल रहा है जिसकी वजह से हाई कोर्ट की direction है की केवल urget मामले ही चलेंगे कोर्ट मे या केवल बेल यदि आपको आरोपी आज भी परेशान कर रहे है तोह आप पुलिस से हेलप ले सकते है और साथ साथ कोर्ट की permision लेकर की मेरा मामला urget है ईसको सुना जए और आरोपियो को arrest किया जाये ,
