Charges for FIR quashing in high court both court and lawyer fees and

Jst wanted to know that for filing of quash petition I was charged 30k by my lawyer. What would be the actual fees of lawyer for quashing procedure each hearing
sir, the fee for a case that an advocate can charge is not fixed anywhere. the fee for each advocate differs with regard to the case, it's importance and a lot. in general for a quash it can be charged around 20k-50k

The charges for advocates differ as per their ability, talent, expertise in law, etc., etc., Say for an example for the same quashing of FIR, well known advocates like Mr. Dushyant Dave, Mukul Rohatgi etc., may charge in lakhs... Some advocates May charge in thousands... So there is no yardstick for calculating an advocate's fee
