Charged under section 279 IPC how to resolve it?

2 days back i was travelling on bike and i was without helmet and police tried to stop me and i didn't stop. Later on they caught me and charged me with Section 279 of IPC. I am applying for student visa, will it cause any trouble in that? How to resolve the issue?

It means FIR is lodged against you if that is the case then you may request police IO to file a Final report then after it accepted by court then come to end . yes if are applying for visa is again police verification required then in that case there will be problem because in that case you will shown as wanted or have a criminal history
