Sir main delhi police main hu meri paise lete hue kisi ne video bana li thi jo vigilance delhi police ke pass bhej di thi tab case ragister ho gaya tha 2014 main maine complainer ka 164 ka statement karva diya go mere favor main h meri charge sheet abhi court main nahi aai h mere khilaaf sirf video h go bhi copy h original device nahi h fir quashed ho sakti h kya ya closer report ban sakti h kya
6 saal toh bahut lamba time ho gaya. Agar abhi tak bhi chargesheet file nahi hui hai toh aap iss basis par HC mein quashing ke liye jaa sakte ho. Aur agar koi bhi evidence nahi hai toh closure report bhi file kar deni chahiye. Zyada information ke liye mujhe message kare.

helli client as i can see your issue is really serious offence as per law . aa you have said originla device has not been recovered . on vedio clip is there in this matter we need go through the FIR as well to see what ia possible and your vigilance reporr as well.
