Charge of Rape on pretext of marriage

I met a girl on dating app and We both are staying in different cities . Subsequently while talking for some months,we liked each other and been in relationship (long distance) since then. .Finally I decided to meet her for first time.I met her at a commercial place first time. We both liked each other.I want to introduce her to my family and told her this.Later She invited me to her house and told me that she was already married and had a divorce. She never told me this before.Now I'm not comfortable to marry her.Shall it will be chargeable under IPC 376 ( rape on pretext of marriage) if she file false complain against me? I have chats and audio clips to prove that she never told me about her divorce.

Generally when relationship falls off the lady does file a criminal complaint under section 376 and 420 of IPC and the police do register FIR. If you are pretending that she is going to file a complaint against you then it is better for you to legally fortify yourself in advance.

Have you ever slept with her after meeting her for the first time or during first time itself? Have you ever shared your nude pictures or nude videos with her on call or asked her to share her nude pictures and or videos?

do you some real apprehension of being arrested. has she threatened you in any manner to charge you with rape. it is important to know whether she has communicated in any manner to convey you that she is going to take som legal action if you don't marry her.
