Chances of getting a govt job if charged under section 323,504,507

sir, i have been selected as sub inspector in cisf through SSC, As i have recieved my joining letter various questionnaires are to be filled in the form, but the problem is in december 2015 , my family was involved in a fight with my relatives and that day i was out of the city, but my relatives lodged an fir against my family as well as me though i was not present there at the time of incident, a case was filed against us under ipc 323 , 504, 507. as i was not there my name was still given, and the relatives are not ready for compromise as they knew about my job. how should i come out of this, i was out of the city for 2 days ie 12 dec 2015 - 120 km away frm my city for ibps exams, and the next day i was staying with two of my college friends in Allahabad, my brother told me about the incident when i was in allahabad, and it took me 4 to 5 hours to reach my native place. They lodged an fir next day and mentioned my name as well, how should i get rid of as case is pending.
