chances of bail if chargesheet is not submiited in 90 day

hello, one of my family member is in MCR from one month. he get charges of IPC 302 in month of july date 7. initially he got conditional bail of 15 day from session court but then bail get rejected. case is in high court right now. my question to you is, what should we do if chargesheet is not submit to court within 90 day and how much chances are their for getting bail from session court if chargesheet is not submitted

if chargesheet is not filed in the requisite period of 90 days than you can go for bail in the magistrial court under the provision of crpc and ask for bail and the court will give you bail in such matter
