Challenge in the supreme court the judgement of high court

My road accident 304a,279 case has been dismissed by high court. I have already undergone imprisionment for 1 month. I am heart patient. I cannot live in jail any more. Will supreme court releive me. I have been ordered for imprisionment for 6 months.

Yes Supreme Court may come to your aid but then you have to show them othwr things as well. For example your age, the ailment you are talking about and other circumstances in the family that require you to not be in a jail cell.

yes you can approach to Supreme Court by filing the SLP against the Order of the High Court, but it is a limitation period for filing the same so you can contact me as early as possible .

You must engage a good Advocate-on-Record before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India who will file a Special Leave Petition against the judgement of the Hon'ble High Court. Rest better advise can be given on the basis of documents.
