Central Government Job Appointment

15-Jun-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I got a central government job in NPCIL. They have asked me to mention if there are any pending cases on my parents. There is a pending criminal case on my father under section 34 and 420. My father has not been arrested anticipatory bail was given and further high court has given stay on FIR not to conduct any further proceedings. The case is pending for squashing of FIR. Now my concern is will this case which is on my father will impact my appointment in NPCIL? I request your kind authority to please respond in the matter. Thank you.

Dear Sir, Normally, the case is pending against father cannot be asked by the employer such column itself irrelevant. However, you cannot challenge such columns unless go before High Court. Since because the pending case against your father is already stayed by High Court you may say that no cases are pending against your father.
