The police is having a right to freeze your Bank account under 102 Cr.P.C as your name is involved in government money cheating and moreover notice was given to you by police under 160 Cr.P.C to appear before them for interrogation for their investigation, as there was no co operation from your side they had proceeded with arrest and freezing of your account. If your account is a business account you can file a quash petition/ writ petition before High court. If it is a individual account it will be difficult to defreezr the same.

you need to prove that you are innocent and the accounted money are legal by producing requisite documents to prove that the accounted money was legal money belongs to you and then you can file a petition under section 457 crpc and read with other provision of the anti corruption laws in order to defreeze the accounts

If you have not done anything wrong, you need not worry. You may approach the police, cooperate with them, give proper information so that the guilty person should be booked. It is a call from the CBI to you as you are holding some information relating to the case. If you cooperate and give proper information they would not arrest or defreeze your account.
You have an option to seek anticipatory bail from the court. for Defrezing an account, you have to approah the court for seeking necessary orders, then only it can be defreezed.
