Caught for public drinking in delhi

I am a college student. I was caught for public drinking with my friends near the shop (no nuisance was caused we complied with the police ) .They said we will be called in court and will have to pay a fine. I want to know will it affect my visa application or passport for ms in US?

as you are saying tht you have been caught in public drinking by the police .yes it may effect you visa process while police verification by the embasy in the present condition you need to clear your record in the police so you should not be named as criminal record of the police.
