Caught drunk driving in gurgaon on April 2023

I was caught for drunk driving in Gurgaon in Apr 23 - is there a chance that the judge will imprison me even for 1-2 days? If yes can I contest it in high court as it was first offence? nWill this show in background checks or impact my career or visa application?nnI fell traumatised after this event.

No , need to worry about it . It will take time to reach the matter in court. For the first offence ,the judge will not imprison you but i have to go through the details of your case .Feel free to reach me for further assistance
