There is a complaint against me in CFCFRMS, Delhi. It states that I am involved in the fraud for Rs 15600 which I have not done. My number was used by my friend to received money in my account. Due to which my phone number is blocked and I need the phone number now, how should I proceed further?

it is just a harassment case filled against you, firstly you should know that you have a right under article 226 to approach high court and file a writ petition against CFCFRMS and Delhi govt for harrasment in which they will liable for the harrasment you are facing secondly they have no right to block your number. in case you need urgent remedy you can contact on my number
