Cases pending in lower court since from 20 years where prosecution filed cases against me with fake FIR chargesheet and other supporting fake documents . What can I do for the same .

you case in pending since 20 years in lower court for that I want to discuss your case first then only I can tell you what you have to do and you have to file I High Court for this then I ky you will get remedy for the same

चार्जशीट दायर होने के बाद भी आरोपी एफआईआर रद्द करवाने के लिए सीआरपीसी की धारा 482 के तहत उच्च अदालत में याचिका दे सकता है। अब तक कानून यही है कि किसी आपराधिक मामले में चार्जशीट दायर हो जाने पर उसमें धारा 482 के तहत एफआईआर रद्द करने की याचिका स्वीकार्य नहीं होती, लेकिन कोर्ट के इस फैसले से आपराधिक न्यायशास्त्र की स्थिति में अभियुक्तों के पक्ष में बड़ा बदलाव आ गया है।
