Sirs, regarding case of 420,408,34 and it acts 43, i received 41a notice which was replied and visited police station.FIR registered due to frivolous fight between two past partners and my name was added due to i did some technical work for one of partners. My work was limited to that point only and matter is 2 years oldNow what happens next ? No arrest made so far for anyone. The other 4 taken bail because they were involved with complainant in business.Do i need to apply for bail ? nWhen police will file chargesheet ? its already 2 months since FIR. There is no further call or mail from police station to me.How can i apply for removal of my name from accused in FIR ? nnregards

Well, if you were not involved in commission of any of the alleged offences reported by the Complainant, then, your name will be removed in the Chargesheet (Investigation Report) which Police usually files after 90 Days if the Investors gets over within that timeframe.

If you are apprehending arrest in the said matter then you have a remedy to apply for anticipatory bail before the sessions Court. If your statement is recorded as a witness then hou need not worry....

apply for anticipatory bail at earliest. you have good case to get the favorable order. you can approach lawyer n inform him about 41A notice and also keep records of dates you visited the concerned police station.

you can initally apply for anticipatory bail and immediately you can move ahead to high court for quashing of the FIR against you and you have no particular role and by filing quashing petition you lower proceedings will also be stayed and you do not have to go the court for regular dates

You can approach the Bombay High Court for quashing of the FIR against you another option is filing a discharge application with the Sessions Court whereby your name would be removed from the FIR If your role is limited and you are not directly involved in the offence then you should go for the above options kindly contact for the same.
