Case to be filed immediate effect

02-Mar-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I paid ₹2500 per day for services, including room, AC, bed, WiFi, TV, fridge, food, caretaker, and ambulance. The company failed to deliver these services, demanded more money, and was dishonest. They also posted false reviews. Can I file a case in consumer court and seek compensation? Please respond by WhatsApp or email, do not call me.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

yes you can file the consumer complaint against this company . you must provide all the details, for example, invoice raised by the company for the services offered by the company against the invoice and how services are deficient. you need to calculate the complete amount paid to the company and you will have to file in the district consumer Commission. in case you need further support, you may book appointment with us.

if you have the records in which the above things are mentioned then you can seek compensation for the services not being provided to you. although the companies while drafting their agreement hide these things and the people availing the services normally ignore them. But if you are ready to fight out for your rights, consumer forum will surely help you

You can for sure file Consumer case for deficiency in service and claim damages in the form of compensation. All you need to do is to ensure that you have reasonable proofs of the deficiency or failure of service.
