Sir I wants to know in my case complaint has a political power ,and his son is a judicial magistrate and using there influence on police registered a fir without any written proof ,how can I defend ? Vo log Apne hi khuch relatives ko police ke samne mere khilaf khada Karke byan dila Kar mujhe FASA rahe Hain kya court Mai sirf Byan ke adhar par 420 ke case Mai mamla chal Sakta hai

bina written evidence k ciurt case chalana aasan nahi h. agar aaapke khilaf koyee written saboot nahi h to aap F.I.R Quashng k liye high court ja sakte h. agar aapko arrest hone ka dar h to aap anticipatory bail k liye ja sakte h , 420 m bail hone k achche chance h. thanks
