Case of Mental harassment and threatening

My brothers and father have been mentally harassing me for years now because I have had a love marriage. One of my brothers is also after my property, wants me to sell it and give him the money from the sale. They have threatened to kill me and my family, many times also mentally tortured me in locked rooms, threatened to trap us into a fake case because of their police contacts. I want to file a mental harassment and criminal intimidation case against them. How do I proceed?

You need to first submit an apprehension intimation to police and also collect evidence for your statement. Just by oral statements your case won’t have enough gravity. We need to know more facts to understand the legalities to guide you ….plz b in touch

hello client as i can see your case in this matter i can help you in doing so. at present while fiilling od the case on first datw itself you will be given proyection from the help of the court by police as well as you will be saved from all the iasues and court will also punish the culprits from you family.

For your safety: It’s imperative that you seek the help of police by filing a complaint to the nearest police station. For Property: File a suit for injunction in order to prevent any sale of the property. Since, you’re a legal heir. Once a suit is filed it, the property being sub-Judice shall prevent the siblings from selling your share.
