according to your query your application under a 482 of CRPC is pending more than one year which you have preferred against the order of dismissal and revision here you not mention that you got any stay or not and since 1 year no development has occurred in your case despite filing of various listing application another option available to you you can file early disposal application before the court

Your petition under Section 482 CrPC is already admitted and notices have been issued. The matter is pending due to non-filing of counter affidavit by the opposite party and State, and also because of heavy board in High Court. In such circumstances you may move an urgent listing / priority hearing application supported with affidavit before the Hon’ble Court requesting for early hearing. You may also file an application for ex-parte disposal if the other side continues to delay filing counter. In some cases, filing a mention slip before the Bench through your advocate also helps to get the matter listed. Therefore, the remedy is to press your advocate to move urgent listing or mention the matter before the concerned Court for expeditious disposal.

The progress of such petitions largely depends on how effectively the advocate follows up the matter before the Hon’ble Court. In many cases, it requires continuous listing requests, personal mentioning, and coordination with the court office. Practically, it also depends on how diligently the advocate pursues the case and ensures that necessary steps, like filing counter affidavits or listing applications, are properly moved and followed up.

filing listing application is one thing and take up of the matrer before the bench is other thing . after filing of listing application its arguments is separately being entertained by the court. after allowing the same the court fixs the nearest possible date. and on that fixed so the councel have to mention the matter before the bench. for more details you can contact me . thank you
