Case is pending due to one person not taking bail (ER apperance)

On 11/01/2022 at about 15.00 hrs 50/55 accused persons gathered in the platform of APDR and other organizations at moulali crossing ( AJC Bose Road and CIT crossing ) in protest against lockdown in the pandemic situation by violating government order 753/XVII-155/2M-22/2020 issued on 02.01.2022 without wearing face mask. They where repatedly ask to disperses from the spot but they could not hence the order of police accordingly police had to arrest 13 male persons for violating the government order from the spotnSection ipc 188 and DM act 51bnCase is not moving forward due to one person not taking bail from 1.5 year it is in ER appearance stage, I challenge it to High court (482) but not getting date nPlease provide me solution to win this case
