Case filed against me while I was juvenile will it affect job prospect

Respected, mei juvenile tha jab mera age 14 saal tha tab muzpar case hua tha. Juvenile bord ne muze probation of offenders act 1958 ke tahat 2 saal ke probation bond par release kiya tha. Cr.pc 482 ke tahat bombay high court ne probation act sec. 12, juvenile act sec. 19 ka benifit dete hue mera disqualification remove kiya. mera seletion CISF mai hua tha. 3/6/17 ko muze join karna tha par joining nahi ho paya because mera police record hai aur aab tak cisf ki commette decision nahi le pai thi. Leqin high court ne mera disqualification pichale month remove kar diya hai, judgment copy mai cisf commette ko bhej chuka hu. 1/5 month ho gaya maze joining nahi di gai hai, high court ne disqualification remove kar diya hai. Fir bhi nahi joining diya hai, to Mai kya kar sakta hu please please guide Kare.

Personal I do not think it's matter But company may have different point of view they have different idea it is Personal choice of company But u have authority to ask questions to company why I was remove from the company by Advocate notice

What exactly is mentioned in the high court's disqualification removal reasons and facts is the matter to be read between lines and if it is so much clearly mentioned and concluded then we can file Public interest litigation also for denying the basic fundamental rights of equality and opportunity for serving in Central Services in the interest of nation and doubt any individual's patriotism and national responsibility towards serving nation

Dear client , in service, the attitude of the person is to be seen which sort of mistake you have done what were the circumstances behind it,all things are considered while admitting in the services now you are admitting that high-court Mumbai given benefits of section 19.but in job purpose attitude is to be seen , wait CISF committee will consider positively and you will get the opportunity.please rate me if my suggestion is right one
