Case file under IPC 188 of don't submit home rent agreement to police

Police had filed case against me in 2017 under IPC 188, due to didn't submit Rent agreement to police station. Can i get Police clearance certi for Visa application. still, case is pending in court, haven't got any verdict by court.

now court is open you can file application in the court for urgently cerculation which you mentioned in petition so court will take on board your matter immediately so you can hire lawyer for your matter and I think it's completely withing week now collection all papers and file

IPC 188 is not that much serious case in nature. its bailable and non cognisable offence so obtaining PCC should not be an issue. Mention the details of court case in application. That way you can be sure that you are not hiding any information. Thanks.
