Case Closed In Lokadalath, Can It Be Reopend

I complained a case against people for threatening me under Section 506 IPC, the SHO due to some influence told me to withdraw the complaint and understanding that they will not threatening me i have withdrawn the complaint and in lok adalath judge closed the case. Now the same things are happening repeatedly and SHO ignoring my sayings in whatsapp text messages but not being taking an action, i am being afraid of this treatening, please suggest is this happening correct to me, can the same cases can be reopened by SHO, if so what should i do.
file a reopen petition before concerned court to reopen the lok adalat case as compromise was done under force. give a letter to sho rather than whts text as he will be under duty to take action on letters,complaints.

You can lodge a fresh complaint again in the police station and insist the police to take action and in your complaint you can even mention that earlier they apologized hence you have withdrawn the case before the lok-adalat but the accused is taking undue advantage of the compromise/withdrawal of the complaint and started harassing you again.
